Conference Registration & Payment Method

Dear all applicants,

The Society is very glad to invite you to the 6th Annual Meeting of EASSSR to be held from July 6th to 8th, 2024, at Reitaku University, Japan . All applicants are asked to pay their registration fees and/or membership fees when they get the notice of acceptance.

 

1. Payment

•      [Student]   Member: $70 // Non-member: $100

 

Payments are accepted only via PayPal. Please select the type of registration fee from the menu below and complete your payment by clicking on the “Pay via PayPal” button. By clicking the button, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page for the PayPal account associated with assoc.easssr.org.

After completing your payment, fill the registration form at the link below.

The deadline of payment and registration is May 5, 2024. There can be an additional charge after the deadline.

 

3. Accommodation *CLOSED

The local committee is committed to ensuring a comfortable stay for all attendees during the 6th EASSSR 2024 conference at Reitaku University. To facilitate your accommodation needs, we offer the following options:

a). Grand Park Hotel THE LUXUEUX

For Full-time researchers or professors
Nearest Hotel from the conference venue

Pricing: Single room per night: 7,700 JPY // Twin room per night: 13,200 JPY

Please note: Payment is accepted on-site only (credit card or cash). Room reservations will be made by the local committee on your behalf. However, changes or cancellations must be made by the individual guest (for cancelation, please contact the following email address: m.kashiwa@grandpark-lx.jp. When contacting, please specify [Reitaku University] in the subject line, and include your name and the date of your stay in the body of the email). Please review the cancellation policy below:

Cancelation policy:
     Before 10 to 4 days prior to arrival: 20% charge
     3 to the day before arrival: 50% charge
     On the day of arrival: 80% charge
     No-shows: 100% charge

b). Student Dormitory (single room)

For attendees seeking more economical accommodation options, single rooms in the dormitory (shared bathroom and toilet) are available.
