Conference Registration & Payment Method

Dear all applicants,

The Society is very glad to invite you to the 5th Annual Meeting of EASSSR to be held from July 11th to 13th, 2023, at Vietnam National University Hanoi, Vietnam (hybrid meeting). All applicants are asked to pay their registration fees and/or membership fees when they get the notice of acceptance. 

**IMPORTANT**
Before completing your payment and registration, please note the following:
1. The information you provide in the registration form in “2. Registration”, as well as the title and abstract of the paper you submitted during the application period, will be translated into Vietnamese, and sent to the Vietnamese Government for review purposes.
2. We cannot deny the possibility that, under some circumstances, the Vietnamese Government may deny your entry to Vietnam. If your entry to Vietnam is denied, the registration fee you have paid will NOT be refunded.

The deadline of payment and registration is  March 14, 2023. There can be an additional charge after the deadline.
